摘　　要：中医药领域的电子商务形式给传统的面对面的中医诊疗带来了困难,并阻碍了该领域电子商务的发展。提出基于自联想记忆专家系统,将中医体质及其症状编码为正交向量构成的正交矩阵,并建立模拟中医诊疗过程中专家经验的联想记忆矩阵,最终建立了可在BtoC电子商务环境中进行中医体质诊疗的专家系统,该专家系统将有效促进中医药领域的电子商务的发展。The electronic commerce for TCM field brings some difficulty in TCM diagnosis face to face, which blocks the development of the electronic commerce. The paper codes the TCM constitution and the symptoms with orthogonal vectors firstly, and establishes the associative memory matrix following the lead of specialist experience, therefore builds up the ex- pert system performing automatic TCM constitution diagnosis in the environment of Btoc electronic Commerce. The diagnosis system can promote the development of electronic commerce in TCM.
