摘  要:闽南及闽中近海鲨鳐类肝油的脂肪酸组成相似 ,主要的脂肪酸包括 1 6 :0(1 4 9%~ 2 3 7% ) ,1 8:0 (5 3%~ 1 0 4% ) ,1 8:1ω 9(8 6 %~ 1 6 9% ) ,1 6 :1 (3 4%~ 7 5 % ) ,2 0 :4ω 6 (3 8%~ 1 4 7% )和 2 2 :6ω 3(1 0 7%~ 36 9% ) .2 2 :6ω 3在分析的所有种类 (基齿鲨Hypoprionsp 除外 )均是含量最高的脂肪酸成分 .可见 ,闽南及闽中近海鲨鳐类肝油是 2 2 :6ω 3良好的来源 .底层生活习性种类肝油ω 6PUFA的含量高于中上层种类 ,而中上层生活习性种类肝油 2 2 :6ω 3的含量以及ω 3PUFA与ω 6PUFA的比值则相对地高于底层种类 。Fatty acid composition of the liver oils from common species of sharks and rays off southern and middle Fujian coastal waters is similar, and the major fatty acids include 16:0(14 9%~23 7%), 18:0(5 3%~10 4%), 18:1 ω 9(8 6%~16 9%), 16:1(3 4%~7 5%), 20:4 ω 6(3 8%~14 7%) and 22:6 ω 3(10 7%~36 9%). The liver oils in all species are analyzed except Hypoprion sp. contains high levels of 22:6 ω 3(DHA), especially in Scoliodon sorrakowah. These species are therefore good sources of 22:6 ω 3 rich marine oils. The benthic species have a higher content of ω 6 PUFA in liver oil than the pelagic species, while the contents of 22:6 ω 3 and the ratios of ω 3 PUFA to ω 6 PUFA are relatively higher in pelagic species than in benthic ones. Fatty acid composition in the liver oils might be influenced by the feeding habit of animals.
