现代田园城市总体城市设计——西咸新区建设中国特色新型城镇化规划实践

摘　　要：以具有广袤性、大尺度特点的西咸新区为例,针对总体城市设计的研究体系展开探讨。从研究层面上,基于总体城市设计在不同编制阶段的任务要求,建立"宏观格局控制、中观系统引导、微观节点示意"的三层次研究方法。依托西咸新区"山水田塬"的自然风貌特色,通过现状的梳理与分析,整合衔接西安、咸阳城区,确定总体城市设计的目标理念为现代"田园城市",其控制内容为"城市结构与形象、城市八大系统、控制单元导则、典型节点设计"四个方面。初步建立总体城市设计的研究框架体系,以适应城市中宏观到微观层面的实施管理需求。Taking the vast and large-scale Xixian New Area as example,this paper discusses the research system of overall urban design.From the research level,it establishes a three-level research method：＂macro-control of the pattern,the mesoguide system and the micro-node indication,＂ to explore innovative urban development mode in accordance with different requirements of overall urban design at different preparation stages.Based on the ＂pastoral＂ natural landscape features,modern ＂Garden City＂ is determined as the concept of overall urban design for Xixian New Area through the carding and analysis of the status quo and integrating the cities of Xi＇an and Xianyang.Its control contents are ＂urban structure and image,eight urban systems,control unit guidelines,typical node design.＂ This paper establishes a preliminary research framework system of overall urban design to accommodate to the implementation management from macro to micro level.
