摘　　要：装配式住宅是我国住宅建筑产业转型的主要方向之一。文章在调研的基础上,总结国内外装配式住宅的发展策略,分析上海市装配式住宅发展现状,在此基础上提出推进上海市装配式住宅发展的策略和建议,为上海市进一步推进装配式住宅的发展提供借鉴。Prefabricated housing is one of the developing focuses of China＇s housing industry that is experiencing a shift from a traditional laborintensive to modem technological approach. This essay will summarize the development ofprefahricated housing in domestic and overseascountries through literature review. This is followed by an analysis of the current development statusofprefabricated housing in Shanghai, and finally some useful directions for future development are suggested, which provides support for furtherdeveloping prefabricated housing in Shanghai.
