摘　　要：装配式住宅的建设过程涉及到生产、设计、施工、管理等各环节,笔者认为装配式住宅评定应该选取能够体现工业化程度和质量控制的项目,包括预制化程度、住宅设计、构件部品、施工安装、住宅质量控制等内容。本文针对以上评定项目中的预制装配率、模数协调、构件部品整体化程度、施工组织及隔声性能等关键内容进行分析,为装配式住宅评定体系的建立提供思路与参考。The construction processes of assembled housing involve production, design, construction and management etc. Author considers that items that can represent industrialization degree and quality control including prefabrication degree, housing design, components, construction installation and housing quality control and so on shall be selected for evaluation of assembled residence. This paper carries out analysis of key content of above evaluation items such as prefabrication rate, modulus coordination, component integration degree, construction organization and sound insulation performance so as to provide ideas and reference for establishment of assembled housing evaluation system.
