摘  要:AlF3-KF-CsF钎剂无腐蚀、不吸潮,广泛应用于含镁铝合金的焊接,但由于CsF价格昂贵,导致该钎剂成本较高,限制了其使用范围。Zn在Al中有很大的固溶度,在AlF3-KF-CsF钎剂组元中加入ZnCl2,依靠Zn的传质作用,增强了钎剂的活性,还可以降低CsF的含量,同时保证钎剂低熔点、易去膜等优良特性;采用DTA,XRD等手段对钎剂的熔点、铺展性及力学性能进行了测试,并对影响其性能的因素进行了分析。研究表明:AlF3-KF-CsF钎剂使氧化膜松动、破碎,并与氧化膜发生化学反应,而Zn的传质作用使Al离子化,氧化膜失去依附而漂浮起来,并在熔融状态钎剂界面张力的作用下使Al2O3膜破碎。AlF_3-KF-CsF flux was no corrosion and no nonhygroscopic,it was widely used in magnesium aluminium alloy brazing.However,the higher cost of this flux lead to the scope of its use had been limited because the price of CsF was very expensive.Adding ZnCl_2 to the flux of AlF_3-KF-CsF,because Zn had larger solid solubility in aluminium,it could enhance the activity of the flux,reduce the percentage composition of the CsF,and also ensure the excellent properties such as low melting point and stripping.The properties such as melting point,spreadability and weldability were researched by DTA,XRD et al,and influencing factors on its properties were briefly introduced as well.It was found by investigation that the flux AIF_3—KF—CsF was able to loosen and break the oxide film,and also had chemical reaction with the oxide film.The ionization of Al made oxide film lose its absorption and float on the surface under the mass transfer effect of Zn,the film was breaken by the interfacial tension of fused flux.
