天然气掺烧配气软件开发与应用

摘　　要：编制了天然气掺烧配气计算软件。该软件按等华白数进行配比方案计算,利用离焰指数、黄焰指数、回火指数加以验证,软件可以实现高天焦、高天、高天转、高天焦转分别与高焦混合煤气置换的配比计算,即可在不限定天然气、转炉煤气加入量的条件下提供各种配气预选方案,也可在指定天然气、转炉煤气掺入量前提下,计算出可行的配气方案;并应用于指导天然气掺烧试验,按计算结果置换后的混合煤气燃烧状况稳定。In this article, a calculation system on mixture program of substitution natural gas to replace reference gas was developed. It was developed on the basis of equality ofwobbe indexs between substitution gas and reference gas, and was verified by A. G. A. It can calculated the mixture programs of four kinds of mixed gas, including the mixture of blast furnace gas, natural gas and coke-oven gas, the mixture of blast furnace gas and natural gas, the mixture of blast furnace gas, natural gas and converter gas and the mixture of blast furnace gas, natural gas, coke-oven gas and converter gas. All alternatives can be provided on the condition of unlimited the proportion of natural gas and converter gas. When the proportion of nature gas and converter gas is limited, the system can calculated the unique result. The result can be used to instruct experiment.
