摘 要:建立了氧枪射流和转炉熔池相互作用的三维两相流数值计算模型,分别模拟计算了国内某钢厂新旧氧枪的作用效果,对比分析了新旧氧枪的射流特性、对钢液冲击效果和钢液流场分布,最终发现新氧枪对钢液的作用效果优于旧氧枪。通过实践应用发现新氧枪的平均一倒终点(P)为0.029%,低于旧氧枪的0.037%,能够满足转炉出钢对磷含量的要求。In this paper, a numerical model of 3D two-phase flow between oxygen lance jet and converter melting pool was built to simulate the effect of new and old oxygen lances in one steel plant of China. It was found that the effect of new oxygen was better than that of old oxygen lance by contrastively analyzing the jet properties, impact effect and flow flied of liquid steel. In practical applications, the average phosphorus content of new oxygen lance was 0.029%, which was less than that of old oxygen lance and could meet the phosphorus content requirement of converter tapping.
