摘　　要：通过市场调研发现,榨糖机呈现不断增大的趋势,重载、大型化是榨糖机发展的一个主题。目前在市场上榨糖机械设备润滑产品的稠化剂主要采用复合锂基润滑脂,且基础油的黏度较大,产品的极压性能也较高。通过榨糖机脂的工况特点和用脂要求,开发重载高抗水榨糖机脂,通过极压性、抗磨性和抗水性等测试,初步得出此产品优于国内外同类产品性能。经现场试用,效果较好,完全满足榨糖机的要求。此产品可以提高润滑效率,同时降低不必要的损耗。另一方面,可以规范行业用脂,更好地服务于榨糖机行业。It is found through the market research that it is more and more increase in the sugar machines, and they are heavier load and larger scale. The lubricant grease in the market is composed of complex lithium thickener, higher viscosity base oil and extreme pressure additives. According to the conditions of sugar machines and the requirements of the lubri- cant grease, a new lubricant grease is developed, which is suitable for use in the conditions of heavy load and water resist- ance. According to the results of extreme pressure, anti -wear and water resistance tests, it is preliminary concluded that its performance is better than the similar products at home and abroad. It is shown by the field application that it can com- pletely content the requirements of sugar machine. This product can improve the efficiency of the lubrication, at the same time it can reduce the unnecessary loss. On the other hand, it can be standardized how to use the lubricant grease, and better serviced the sugar machine industry.
