摘　　要：首先界定了文化科技创新和文化科技创新产业政策的概念,之后概述了我国文化科技创新产业政策的现状,根据我国文化科技创新产业政策中存在的不足,论述了我国文化科技创新产业政策的改进对策,使我国文化科技创新产业政策的制定能够在内容上实现系统化与无遗漏,在程序上实现较高的民主化与法治化水平。Firstly the definitions of cultural scientific ＆ technological innovation and industrial policy of cultural scientific ＆ technological innovation are defined. Then based on the summarization of the current situation of industrial policy of Chinese cultural scientific ＆ technological innovation, this article analyzes the deficiencies within the current industrial policy, and discusses the corresponding improvement countermeasures in order to realize systematization and no omissions in the content, and achieve higher level of democratization and legalization in procedure in industrial policymaking of Chinese cultural scientific ＆ technological innovation.
