摘　　要：随着全球经济一体化进程的不断加深,资本、技术、人才等关键生产要素得以在全球范围内充分的流转,这使得全球产业转移进程逐渐深化。从当前国际产业转移的大背景出发,基于我国面板数据,构建了相应的机制模型,对科技创新在全球产业转移过程中的决定机制进行了研究,并提出了相应对策。decision mechanism of science and technology innovation on the global industrial transfer process Abstract： along with the global economic integration deepens, the key elements of production capital1 technology , talent and other globally to full circulation, the global industrial transfer process of gradually deepening2 This article from the current background of international industry transfer of China, based on panel data, and establish the model of the corresponding mechanism, the decision mechanism of technology innovation in the global industrial transfer process are studied in this paper, and put forward corresponding countermeasures.
