摘 要:设计的剪板机后挡料位置自动控制系统主要由控制器和执行机构组成,其中控制器选用AT89C55WD单片机,执行机构选用步进电机,采用C51语言对单片机进行编程,由它来控制步进电机的正转、反转或停止,从而精确地带动后档料的前进、后退或停止,实现了对后档料位置的自动控制.该控制系统改变了原有手动控制系统费时费工,精度低的情况,减轻了操作难度,提高了产品的合格率及剪板机的生产效率.An automatic control system for shears back-gauge position, designed in this research, is mainly composed by the controller and actuator, of which the controller selects AT89C55WD microcontroller, and stepper motor actuator selection. We use the C51 programming language in the microcontroUer, which is controlled by a stepper motor forward, reverse or stop to accurately driven back-gauge forward, backward or stop. It has realized the automatic control of the backboard position. The original manual control system is costly and time-consuming, and of low accuracy, while this control system alleviates the difficulties of operation, improves the eligibility percent of the production and the production efficiency of the shearing machine.
