摘 要:研究了基于强迫换流原理的真空直流限流断路器,利用与真空灭弧室反并二极管的续流作用使真空灭弧室电流过零后得到零电压介质恢复时间。真空灭弧室由高速电磁斥力机构驱动,反向强迫关断电流由预充电的LC回路产生,采用氧化锌压敏电阻限制关断过程出现的过电压。建了断路器的EMTP仿真模型,对短路和额定关断过程进行仿真分析,比较了仿真与试验结果的电流、电压波形,两者具有很高的一致性。DC current interruption utilizing vacuum switch based on artificial current zero is investigated. A period of vacuum dielectric recovery with zero voltage is achieved by using a freewheel diode paralleled with the vacuum switch. The vacuum switch is driven by a electromagnetic repulsion mechanism and the reverse current is supplied by a pre-charged LC circuit. The overvoltage generated during interruption is suppressed by metal oxide varister. Simulation model of the switch is set up by EMTP software and the interruption processes of both short circuit current and rated are analyzed. Simulation results are compared with the measured waveforms of current and voltage of experiments, which are in good agreement.
