摘 要:主要对无固相冲洗液在复杂地层中的作用,即护壁防塌机理进行了探讨,论述了在深部找矿复杂地层钻进过程中,温度对冲洗液性能的影响,并进行了试验研究,确定了项目的优选配方,阐述了优选配方的性能和各组份的作用与机理。研制的冲洗液,可供深部固体矿产资源钻探和石油钻井钻进复杂地层使用,并能取得良好的经济效益和社会效益。Aiming at the function of non-consolidation fluid in complicated formation,that is the discussion on wall-protecting anti-collapse mechanism, the paper discusses the influence of temperature to the property of drilling fluid during the process of drilling in prospecting the deep and complicated formations. This influence is tested, based on which the optimal formula is determined. The property of this optimal formula and work mechanism in each part are elaborated. The developed drilling fluid can be used for the drilling in deep solid mineral resources as well as the petroleum drilling in the complicated formation, and can make great economic and social benefits.
