摘  要:渗碳淬火齿轮由于热处理设备发生异常情况或故障停机等会造成不合格品,对制定不合格品的返工工艺流程进行了分析研究。依据排除故障所需时间和发生故障的整个工艺过程中经历的工序,改进了常规返工工艺。不同状态下的零件选择不同的返工工艺,使返工的零件有更高的挽救效率和更好的返工效果。Carburizing quenching gear may cause nonconforming product due to the abnormal heat treatment equipment or fault downtime. It is studied and analyzed for the rework process flow of nonconforming product. According to the time needed for troubleshooting and the processes during the whole technology malfunctioned, the conventional rework process are improved. Different rework process should be selected, for parts under different conditions to make the rework parts which has higher saving efficiency and better effect of rework.
