摘　　要：介绍卓越绩效模式的主要内容和特点。讨论了卓越绩效模式与传统质量管理模式的关系,分析了两者的共同点和差异处。结合单位实际推进经验,提出了两种模式整合的方法。The main content and characteristic of excellent performance model were introduced in this paper. The relationship between excellent performance model and traditional quality control model was discussed. The common and difference of the two models were analyzed. The integration method was proposed based on the experience in the enterprise.
