档案库房使用流水排架法可行性分析

摘　　要：介绍了档案库房分类排架与流水排架的优缺点,以及库房排架的现状。分析了使用流水排架法的可行性。给出了将分类排架改为流水排架的实施步骤、效果和注意事项。重新布局后库房空余量由原17%增至25%,查档速度也明显提升。The advantages and disadvantages of the classification arrangement method and sequence index method in archive storage warehouse were introduced in this paper. The feasibility to apply the sequence index method was analyzed. The implement step, effect and caution were given out from classification arrangement to sequence index. The space of the archive storage warehouse was increased from 17 % to 25 % after re-layout and easy to consult the archives.
