摘　　要：介绍了辽宁省离岸服务外包业的发展状况,采用波特的"钻石模型",从宏观层面对辽宁省离岸服务外包产业竞争力进行分析,为提升辽宁省离岸服务外包业的竞争力提出了可行性策略。The development of the offshore service outsourcing industry in Liaoning Province is introduced. The industrial competitiveness offshore outsourcing services in Liaoning Province are analyzed from a macro level by using Potter＇s Diamond Model. Some feasible strategies are put forward to enhance the competitiveness of the offshore service outsourcing industry in Liaoning Province.
