摘 要:随着我国经济的快速发展,国民生活水平大幅度提升,人们的休闲时间越来越多,使风景旅游产业得到了迅猛的发展。同时,我国的风景旅游区的开发呈现出滞后性、无序性和雷同性,无法形成规模化发展,对资源的合理使用尚显不足。文中基于对系统理论的研究,通过对周边区域发展现状的深入分析,对安达市卧里屯风景旅游区的规划与设计进行研究,改进风景旅游区的发展战略和空间结构的布局规划。通过文中的研究,以系统理论来指导风景旅游区的规划与设计,可以防止对旅游资源的过度开发,保证了区域发展的可持续性。With the rapid economic development in China, people' s living standards were improved significantly and Chinese had more and more leisure time in their life. The tourist industry has been developed rapidly, but some problem were arised, in the development of scenic area, such as hysteresis, disorder and resemblance. Furthermore, the tourist industry could not generate a big scale and lack of using the resources. In this paper, based on the system theory, the planning and design of Wolitnn Scenic Area in Anda City were researched by analyzing the current development of the surrounding area, and the layout planning and development strategies of scenic area were improved. Through this study, the system theory was used to guide the planning and design of scenic area, it could of tourism resources and ensure the sustainability of regional development.
