摘　　要：本文介绍MES的概念和功能,结合企业对生产管理系统的要求,提出在离散制造企业实施MES系统的必要性。并通过对某照明工厂的实际调研,较为详尽地分析了离散制造企业目前存在的问题。在MES系统的实施过程中,结合生产工艺,完成数字化工厂和产品的建模,采集设备运行时间和速率实现关键设备的效率管理,以及通过质量控制完成双向产品追溯。This Paper introduces the concept and function of MES system, and describes the importance of practicing MES system in discrete industry according to the requirements of manufacture management. Through the detailed site survey, this paper analyzes the problem nowadays and what should be improved. A real project in a lighting manufacture enterprise is introduced in order to clarify the application process and experience. The process contains the following steps： Plant establishment and digital product modeling, and implements efficiency management of main digital model via collecting related data and two way produet tracing via quality control system.
