政府购买公共服务对社区体育发展的促进研究——以成都市“社区+体育志愿者”模式为例

摘　　要：从政府购买公共服务视域下,探索"社工+体育志愿者"模式,有效整合社工、体育志愿者资源,为社区体育公共服务体系的建立和发展提供新的研究方式。通过对成都市3个主社会工作服务机构和6个已购买公共服务的社区进行调查研究,认为建立"社工+体育志愿者"模式不仅能有效整合社区体育公共服务资源,还可以建立一种可持续发展的社区体育组织管理模式。From the perspective of government purchase of public services, the paper is to explore the mode of social workers ＋ sport volunteers so as to effectively integrate the resources of social workers and volunteers and to provide new research method for the establishment and development of community sports public service system. In the paper, three social service agencies and six communities that have bought public services are investigated. It is believed that the mode of social workers ＋ volunteers is not only conducive to effectively integrating community public services but also to establishing a sustainable community sports management mode.
