摘　　要：农村土地流转是发展适度规模现代农业的重要措施。从土地流转的外部环境切入,通过分析农业生产外部环境变化对土地流转的发生机理,提出外部环境推动下要素技术变革引起土地流转的理论框架。在理论研究的基础上,以山西省新绛县蔬菜产业技术变革引起的土地流转为例,以案例研究方法详细考察了技术环境变化对土地流转的作用,提出在现阶段推动土地流转需要关注生产技术作用的环境、政策因素。Land transfer is a measure to scale agricultural production. In the view of external environments of land transferring, the paper analyzes how external conditions change initiates the land transfer, come up with a theoretical framework that can be employed to study land transfer cause by exogenous technological change. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the study explores the role of technology in land transfer with a case study approach, taking land transfer caused by vegetable cultivation change in xinjiang county in Shanxi province as a example, in order to speed up the land transfer , it is necessary to improve the conditions of technical work.
