摘　　要：西北毛织厂是西北实业公司应山西资源优势和社会需求开办的近代制造企业之一。它是近代山西乃至华北地区纺织业的代表性企业,考察西北毛织厂的形成、发展,以及日军侵占对该厂的损毁,探讨其在每个历史时期的发展特点和历史影响,对于研究近代纺织工业技术演进、近代化企业管理有着重要的史料意义和学术价值。For allocating Shanxi resources and social requirement the Northwest Industrial and Commercial, Northwest Wool Textile Plant was created by the Northwest Industrial and Commercial. It is important of historical significance and academic value to the study of the evolution of the modern textile industry technology and business management modernization by＇ studying the formation and development of the Northwest woolen factory and the Japanese occupation of the damage of the plant and exploring the impact of its development characteristics and history of each historical period.
