新型城镇化效率演化趋势及其原因探析——以河北省为例

摘　　要：通过对比研究国内外新型城镇化率指标,构建新型城镇化的综合评价指标体系,运用超效率DEA模型得到1998—2012年河北省新型城镇化效率发展趋势。结果显示:河北省的新型城镇化率虽然整体上呈上升趋势,表现为阶段性缓慢发展的态势,1998—2002年上升趋势比较明显,但2003—2009年,城镇化效率波动起伏,停滞发展不前,处于发展不稳定阶段,2010年突破这一瓶颈,开始新的上升期。Based on indicators of new urbanization efficiency at home and abroad, the paper constructs a new type of urbanization comprehensive evaluation index system. By using the method of non-parametric super-efficiency DEA from 1998 to 2012, the article gets the development trend of new urbanization efficiency in Hebei Province. The results show that new urbanization efficiency appears overall upward trend,which is slow development posture periodically. It is appeared that the obvious rising trend during 1998-2002years, but it is in stagnant stage during 2003-2009 years, and it breaks through development bottleneck in 2010 and starts a new stage.
