中美货币工资差距影响因素分析

摘  要:我国经济体制改革以来,人均货币工资水平不断提高,居民生活质量得到改善,但是和发达国家相比,工资水平仍然很低。通过比较中美货币工资水平的差距,从劳动力总量、劳动生产率、最低工资等方面分析了中美工资差距形成的原因。指出我国应该提高劳动者报酬、提高劳动者素质,以实现整个宏观经济的健康发展。Since the reform of economic system in our country, the level ofper capita workers' money wages has been improved and the residents' life quality has been improved. But our country's wages are still lower compared with that in the developed countries. This paper compares the gap in money wage between China and the U.S., and analyzes the causes of the formation of the pay gap such as the workforce in quantity, the labor productivity and the minimum wage. At last the paper points out that China should raise workers' wages, improve the quality of the laborers in order to advance the development of whole macro economy in our country.
