摘  要:目的:探讨补液对热湿环境下运动机体热调节反应和体液调节激素的影响。方法:采用随机对照2×2交叉试验设计,将试验对象随机分为热湿环境运动对照组和热湿环境运动补液组。两组试验对象分别进行一次33℃、80%RH热湿环境下的40min、70%运动强度的热负荷运动,其中补液组运动前和运动中进行补液,对照组不进行补液干预。热负荷运动前后测试试验对象热应激生理学指标及体液调节激素ALD、AVP和ANP水平,以观察两组试验对象测试指标在热负荷运动前后的变化。结果:热负荷运动后,对照组Tc非常显著性升高、HR非常显著性升高,补液组Tc非常显著性升高、HR非常显著性升高;热负荷运动后两组间的Tc、HR、SL、SR未见显著性差异。与对照组相比,补液组热负荷运动时间显著性升高、生理热应力指数未见显著性差异。热负荷运动后补液组和对照组的Na+,K+,Cl-均未见显著性差异,但总体上表现为补液组Na+和Cl-水平要高于对照组。与运动前相比,对照组运动后的ALD非常显著性升高、AVP显著性升高、ANP显著性降低;补液组运动后的ALD非常显著性升高、AVP非常显著性升高、ANP非常显著性降低;两组运动后ALD、AVP、ANP均无显著性差异。结论:热湿环境对运动机体的热调节反应和体液调节激素产生明显的影响,补液延长了机体热湿环境下的运动时间,提高了机体在热湿环境下的运动能力。The purpose of this paper was to observe the effect of liquid supplement on thermoregulatory responses and fluid regulation hormones of athletes in humid heat environment. Using random control trial of 2 ×2 cross design, the experimental subjects were randomly divided into 2 groups: control group (TC) and liquid supplement group (TB). TC group and TB group exercised at 70% intensity for 40min in 33℃, under 80%RH heat environment. During heat load exercise, TB had liquid supplement, and TC didnot have liquid supplement. The indexes of thermoregulatory response ALD, AVP and ANP were measured before and after heat load exercise. It could be seen that after heat load exercise, TC group showed significant increase in core temperature and heart rate, and TB group showed significant increase in core temperature and heart rate. Compared with the TC group, TB group exercise time was high, and physiological heat strain index had no significant difference. After heat load exercise, there were not significant differences in Na^+ , K^+ , Cl^- between TB group and TC group. After heat load exercise, TC group and TB group showed significant increase in ALD and in AVP, while significant decrease in ANP. There were not significant difference in ALD, AVP, ANP between TB group and TC group. It could be concluded that heat humid environment had obvious effects on body thermoregu|atory responses and fluid regulation hormones in exercise. Liquid supplement prolonged the athletes' exercise time in heat humid environment, which improved athletes' sport ability in heat humid environment.
