摘  要:对17.5-25-14L-3工程轮胎胎侧胶进行了基本性能、疲劳性能、力学性能、老化性能等实验,通过对6组不同防老剂品种、不同比例的实验证明,6组配方均能满足条件要求;防老剂4010 NA、4020与RD、防护蜡并用具有耐臭氧老化的防护效果。In recent years, due to the increase of ozone concentration on tire surface, the aging cracks of tire tread accelerated and the service life-time of engineering tire declined. The engineering tire tread were divided into tire crown, tire basis and tire sidewall. In the present work, we mainly studied the ozone resistance properties of tire sidewall rubber. Since the tire sidewall rubber is thin, and constantly flexure and located outermost of the tire, the tire sidewall rubber is affected more seriously by ozone aging. The basic requirement of engineering tire sidewall rubber is excellent fatigue resistance, puncture resistance, heat resistance and ozone resistance. In the present paper, we took the sidewall rubber compound of 17.5-25-14L-3 type engineering tire as an example to study its basic properties, fatigue properties, mechanical properties and aging properties. By using 6 different series antioxidants and different proportions, we found out the most efficient anti-degradation system, meanwhile, the ozone resistance properties were significantly increased.
