Treatment of Comminuted Humeral Intercondylar Fracture( Type C) Using Double Plates Technique with the Trans-olecranon Osteotomy Approach

摘　　要：目的探讨经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板技术治疗肱骨髁间c型粉碎性骨折的临床疗效。方法2009年6月至2013年5月对32例肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折患者，均采用经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路行双钢板内固定手术，观察临床疗效及不良反应。结果32例患者均获得随访，随访9～35个月，所有患者骨折均愈合。Cassebaum评分优18例，良9例，中4例，差1例，优良率为84．38％。未发生伤口感染、神经损伤等。结论经尺骨鹰嘴截骨入路双钢板内固定治疗肱骨髁间粉碎性骨折疗效良好，不良反应少。Objective To investigate the the clinical results of the treatment of comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture （ Type C） using double plates technique with the trans-olecranon osteotomy approach. Methods 32 patients with comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with the trans-olecranon osteotomy ap- proach. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions were observed. Results All the patients were followed up for 9 - 35 months. All the patients achieved bony union. According to Cassebaum score, excellent in 18 cases, good in 9 cases, fair in 4 cases and poor in 1 case, the excellent and good rate was 84.38%, no wound infection or neural injury occurredi Conclusion Treatment of comminuted humeral intercondylar fracture （ Type C） using double plates technique with the trans-olecranon oste- otomy approach has good therapeutic effects.
