摘  要:探讨了与壳聚糖处理相配合的蛋白酶品种和用量对羊毛毡缩性的影响 ,测试了对羊毛纤维强度和染色性的影响 ,通过电镜照片观察羊毛纤维表面鳞片的变化情况。结果表明 ,蛋白酶的用量与品种有关 ,若用量控制适当 ,可使羊毛纤维在损伤较少的情况下达到较好的防毡缩效果 ;用蛋白酶 /壳聚糖处理后 ,可提高羊毛的上染率 ,降低染色温度。Variations of the amount and kinds of proteinase in combination with chitosan on effect of wool shrink\|resistant were studied.The strength and the dyeing ability of treated wool were tested.The wool surface was observed by electronic microscope.The results showed that the quantity of proteinase was related with its kind.If the amount of proteinase was controlled properly,the satisfied shrink\|resistance of wool will be achieved with less strength loss.Treated with proteinase/chitosan,the dyeing ability of wool was improved,and the dyeing temperature was decreased.
