摘 要:在构造了一个能够反映气隙磁场畸变率的新变量作为目标函数的基础上,对表面式永磁伺服电动机气隙磁场运用模式搜索法、遗传算法、田口法进行优化,通过仿真得出了各种优化方法的优缺点。提出了两种新型的气隙磁场优化方法,即田口-PS混合优化和GA-PS混合优化,并对各种优化方法进行了对比研究,指出了新型优化方法的优点。On the basis of the new constructed variable reflecting the air-gap magnetic field aberration rate as the target function,the air-gap magnetic field of surface type PMSM was optimized by using pattern search method,genetic algorithm and Taguchi method.The advantages and disadvantages of various optimization methods were obtained by simulations.Two kinds of new type of air-gap magnetic field optimization method,the Taguchi-PS hybrid optimization and GA-PS hybrid optimization,were put forward,and various optimization methods were compared.The advantages of the new optimization method were pointed out.
