摘　　要：丝针织物染色采用DWI型常温平幅充气染色机 ,并根据不同组织结构、克重、门幅、颜色等 ,合理选择单管加工容量及运转速度 ,优选染化料助剂和大容量、小浴比工艺 ,取得显著经济效益。Describes the dyeing of knitted fabrics by atmospheric temperature open width aerated dyeing. Single tube processing capacity and delivery speed are properly selected in accordance with different weave structure, grammage, width and color in combination with optimized dyes and chemicals, large capacity and short liquor ratio dyeing, thus obtaining prominent economic benefits.
