摘　　要：目的:研制和应用窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)白癜风光疗仪治疗白癜风,观察治疗后的临床疗效。方法:根据窄谱中波紫外线治疗皮肤病的原理,研制一种家用型窄谱中波紫外线白癜风光疗仪,应用于白癜风的临床治疗,并研究和分析治疗后临床疗效。结果:应用白癜风光疗仪治疗白癜风33例中的39块皮损,总有效率为74.35%。结论:白癜风光疗仪治疗白癜风具有操作简便、临床疗效好、安全可靠的特点,值得临床上推广和应用。Objective To develop and apply a narrow-band UVB （NB-UVB） phototherapy unit for vitiligo and observe its clinical efficacy. Methods The principle of NB-UVB treating dermatogic diseases was applied to the development of the unit, which was used for the treatment of vitiligo with the clinical efficacy analyzed. Results Totally 39 pieces of skin destruction of 33 patients were involved in the treatment, with the total effectiveness rate of 74.35%. Conclusion The phototherapy unit is convenient, effective, safe and reliable, and thus is worthy applying clinically.
