摘  要:目的:通过对呼吸机的质量控制进行检测,掌握呼吸机的性能状况及其变化趋势,为呼吸机的后续使用和维护保养提供依据。方法:以近5 a来纳入质量控制范围的呼吸机为研究对象,严格按照军队《呼吸机质量检测技术规范(试行)》的要求对呼吸机的各项性能指标进行检测,对检测结果按年度、不合格指标、使用年限等进行分类统计,对其中的变化趋势进行对照分析和讨论。结果:5 a间共检测呼吸机190台次,合格率为74.21%。不合格性能指标主要是潮气量、氧气体积分数误差过大。使用年限超过5 a的呼吸机合格率较低。结论:质量控制工作是设备维护和使用的重要手段,对医疗质量持续改进具有重要意义。Objective To investigate the function status and progress tendency of the ventilator, and to provide evidence for following preventive maintenance and clinical application. Methods The ventilators which were brought into quality control in the past nearly 5 years were taken for the study. All the ventilators were calibrated according to Military Ventilator Quality Control Technical Regulation (Trial Version), and the calibration results were classified by year, defective parameters and age, then the potential tendencies were analyzed. Results In the 5 years, totally 190 times of detection happened, with qualification rate of 74.21%. Tidal volume and oxygen concentration were the most common defective parameters. The ventilator with a service life longer than 5 years had a low qualification rate.Conclusion Quality control is very important for the utilization and maintenance of the equipment, and also of great significance for improving medical treatment.
