摘　　要：目的:探讨ECO-600B半导体激光治疗仪在骨科的应用及意义。方法:熟悉仪器的原理和正规使用方法,治疗的目的及临床效果。结果:自2009年4月以来,该治疗仪广泛应用于创伤、骨性疼痛、肌肉疼痛、软组织肿痛、关节炎性痛、术后伤口疼痛等骨科患者,治疗时间短,疗效显著。结论:ECO-600B半导体激光治疗仪的应用,对促进开放性伤口、创伤组织再生、消除肿胀及关节炎性疼痛,加速修复功能极为显著。并可用于装有金属假体的患者,如关节置换、内置固定器等,均取得了较好的临床效果。Objective To evaluate the application and significance of ECO-600B semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus in the orthopedics. Methods The apparatus was studied from its principle, operating procedure, main uses and clinical efficacy. Results The apparatus was applied in the patients with trauma, osseous pain, muscle pain, swelling and pain of soft tissue, arthritic pain, postoperative pain and etc after April 2009, with short therapy time and high efficiency.Conclusion ECO-600B semiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus helps in healing of open wound, wound tissue regeneration, eliminating swelling and inflammatory joint pain, and accelerating the repair function. Also the apparatus can be used in patients with metal implants, such as joint replacement and internal fixator.
