摘　　要：针对现有铟生产线铟锭浇注存在的问题,提出了一种新的浇注方法——集成机电液气自动控制的真空定量浇注系统,并介绍了其系统组成和工作原理。利用真空度传感器将定容器内的真空度反馈给控制器来控制定容器内的真空度,从而实现定量浇注,达到铟锭市场要求的质量精度,实现铟锭的自动化生产。A new kind of casting procedure is proposed according to the existing problems of indium casting in the currently available indium production line, which is a vacuum quantitative casting system integrated with electromechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic automatic control, and the system composition and working principle are introduced. The vacuum degree inside the constant volume container is fed back to the controller by vacuum degree sensor to control the vacuum degree inside the constant volume container, so that the quantitative casting can be realized, the quality precision of indium ingot required by market can be reached and the automatic production of indium ingot can be realized.
