摘 要:电桥的温度特性主要由4个电桥桥臂电阻(bridge arm resistance)的温度特性所决定。为了不改变桥路的结构,只能在线(on line)测量桥臂电阻两端的电阻值(resistance between two nodes)与测量时的温度值;然后转换成桥臂电阻值。为了提高测量的可靠性,在测量的温度范围内,应有足够数量和分布合理的样本点,采用拟合方法,得到可信的桥臂电阻与温度的关系式;最后根据电桥的结构和具体的实例数据,分析和研究电桥的温度特性。从分析研究的结果中可以发现许多规律性的结论,并得到重要的启发,为电桥的改进、温度补偿、特别是为产品的检验提供重要的信息。The temperature characteristic of electric bridge is mainly depended on four bridge arm resistances. In order not to change the structure of the bridge circuit, it can only measure a bridge arm resistance between two nodes and the surrounding temperature online at that time. And then the bridge arm resistance between two nodes can be converted into a true bridge arm resistance. In order to improve the reliability of the measurement, the sample points should have enough quantity and have reasonable distribution in the temperature range of measurement. The trusted bridge arm resistance and the relation with the temperature can be obtained by the fitting method. Finally, according to the structure of the bridge and the specific instance of the data, the temperature characteristics of a bridge is analyzed and studied. It will help to find many regular conclusions and get the important inspirations. It will provide important information for the improvement of bridge, temperature compensation and inspection of the products especially.
