摘　　要：目的本文通过对连云港口岸出入境人员梅毒血清学检测结果的分析，了解梅毒在连云港口岸出入境人群中的感染和流行特点，为传染病监测和积极做好预防控制工作提供基础数据。方法对2011—2013年连云港口岸出入境人员梅毒检测结果进行相关分析，实验同时采用甲苯胺红不加热血清试验（TRUST）、酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）和梅毒螺旋体抗体血凝试验（TPPA）3种方法进行梅毒血清学检测。结果2011—2013年连云港口岸共监测出入境人员33914名，检出梅毒抗体阳性171例，阳性率0．51％．男性感染率为0．50％，女性感染率为0．52％，男女之间梅毒感染率差异无显著意义（χ2=0．0324，P〉0．05）。梅毒感染者主要分布在20～49岁年龄段，占感染总人数的94．74％。梅毒感染者的人群分布表明劳务人员所占比例最高，占感染总人数的82．46％，其次为交通员工，占感染总人数的11．11％。结论切实加强出入境人员传染病监测的同时，应积极做好预防保健咨询和卫生防病知识的宣传教育，提高出入境人员自我防护意识，从源头上切断梅毒的传播和流行。Objective The article analyzed the syphilis detection result among entry -exit persons at Lianyungang port, so as to understand the status and the trend of syphilis infection among entry - exit persons at Lianyungang port and provide basis for the spread and prevention of infectious diseases. Methods Analyze the result of Serum samples by TPPA, ELISA and TRUST to confirm syphilis infection. Results A total of 33914 Entry - exit persons are tasted, 171 cases are positive of syphilis antibody, and the positive rate is 0.51%. Male infection rate is 0.50% , female 0.52%. There is no significant statistical difference between men and women （ χ2 = 0. 0324, P 〉 0.05 ）. The group of 20 - 49 is main infective population, account for 94.74%. The infected number among labors is the highest, reaching 82.46 %, followed by traffic workers, accounted for 11.11%. Conclusion We should on one hand emphasize surveillance of infectious diseases among entry - exit persons, on the other hand focus on heahhcare consultation, spread prevention knowledge to advance the consciousness of protecting themselves and stop the transmission and prevalence of syphilis from the source.
