摘　　要：利用电视网络媒体,进行农作物病虫害的预测预报,是应用现代信息技术开展病虫测报预警的一种好形式。通过建立病虫数据库、图像库,结合综合防治操作技术的影像资料和实时观察数据,编辑和制作病虫电视预报片,用电视网络媒体发布病虫情报。Using television and network media to forecasting the crop diseases and pests has been a good form for the application of modern information technology on diseases and pests forecasting and monitoring. By establishing crop diseases and pests database combined with image data and real-time observed data of integrated control technique, TV forecasting video was edited and produced, and then released by TV and network media.
