摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的发展变化,高校图书馆的读者工作在服务范围,服务模式,服务手段等方面都发生了巨大变化。这就要求图书馆的读者工作应当转变服务观念,适应变化,为读者提供新的服务模式。With the development of modern information technology, reader work of university library had dramatically changed in the service scope, service mode, service means, which required the reader work of library should change service concept, and adapt to the change and provide new service mode for readers.
