摘　　要：为抓住国家和省市出台大力支持肉牛产业发展政策的历史机遇,加快宝鸡肉牛产业发展,我们对全市肉牛生产情况,包括肉牛市场价格、存栏量、出栏量、肉牛规模养殖成度、生产模式及肉牛养殖合作组织进行了广泛调研,分析了宝鸡肉牛生产现状,如生产方式落后、比较效益低,养殖主体逐步转向山区退缩,组织化程度不高,指出肉牛发展中存在良种繁育体系后滞,疫病风险依然较大、资金投入不足的问题,并从加大资金投入、提高科技含量,加强良种繁育力度,培育和壮大龙头企业,推广肉牛保险等方面提出了相应的对策和建议,为今后肉牛产业发展提供一定的参考意见。To catch the historic opportunity of pol try and province and accelerate the development of Ba icy oji for developing cattle industry supported by coun- cattle industry,this paper had extensively investigated cattle production situation in the city, including cattle market prices, breeding stock, slaughter count, degrees of cattle production scale breeding, production models and cattle breeding cooperation organization. This paper also analyzed the current situation of cattle production in Baoji,such as the backward mode of production, low comparative benefit, breeding subject gradually turned to mountain retreat and lower organizational degree. Moreover, it suggested laggard well-bred breeding which still had large risk of disease and insufficient investment. Besides, and suggestions had been offered in five forcing well-bred breeding, developing an P d sys the tem in the cattle development, corresponding countermeasures arts., increasing capital investment and technology content, reinstrengthening leading enterprises,promoting beef insurance for all above those question. These would provide useful information for for cattle industry development in the future.
