摘　　要：循环经济理论,对于区域经济发展在系统观、经济观、价值观、生产观和消费观上提出了新要求。在分析循环经济评价指标基本思路的基础之上,对区域循环经济统计指标体系的建立和综合评价进行研究。The circulation economic theory put forward new requirements on system view of regional economic development, economic view, values, notions and spending view.This article emphasized the research of evaluation index system of regional circular economy development based on the basic ideas of the evaluation index system.
