摘  要:为了从显微形态学研究杜洛克猪宰前的生理状况,试验采用H.E.染色方法和PAS反应,对杜洛克猪肝脏、肾脏和淋巴结进行显微形态观察。结果表明:被屠宰杜洛克猪的肝脏中含有少许的双核细胞,淋巴小结沿淋巴结内小梁分布,肾脏中肾小球、肾小管染色后结构明显,肝脏、肾脏和淋巴结的PAS反应结果均呈阳性。说明猪的淋巴结显微结构不同于其他动物,肝脏细胞具有很强的再生分裂能力,肝糖原的贮存和分解能力也较强,肾脏和淋巴结中也含有一定量的糖原或糖蛋白。To study the physiological condition of Duroc pig from microscopic morphology before slaughter, the methods of hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) staining and PAS reaction were used to observe the microscopic morphological structures of the liver,kidney and lymph nodes in Duroc pig. The result showed that the liver of the slaughtered Duroc pig contained a little dual - core cells, its lymphoid nodes distributed along the trabecular meshwork of the lymph nodes, the kidney glomerular and tubular structures were obvious after staining. The results of periodic acid - Schiff (PAS) reaction in liver, kidney and lymph nodes were all positive. The results indicate that the microscopic structure of lymph nodes in pig is different from that of other animals, its liver cells have strong regeneration and split ability and the ability of storage and decomposition of liver glycogen is also strong, and its kidney and lymph nodes also contain a certain amount of glycogen or glycoprotein.
