摘　　要：目的综述近年来硫酸软骨素的药理作用及应用研究进展。方法根据国内外相关文献,对硫酸软骨素的药理作用及应用进行整理与总结。结果与结论硫酸软骨素具有抗炎、免疫调节、心脑血管保护、神经保护、抗氧化、细胞黏附调节、抗肿瘤等多种药理学活性,目前临床上主要用于骨关节炎、心脑血管疾病及眼科疾病的预防和治疗,且长期服用毒副作用小,是很有开发潜力的药物。OBJECTIVE To review the pharmacologic action and application of chondroitin sulfate. METHODS The pharmacologic action and application of chondroitin sulfate are reviewed based on the relevant articles published in recent years. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION Chondroitin sulfate has been demonstrated to possess varieties of pharmacological activities, including anti-inflammation, immunoregulation, anti-atherosclerosis, anti-oxidation, regulating cell adhesion and antitumor. So far, it is mainly used to prevent and treat osteoarthritis, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, as well as ophthalmological diseases in clinic with good tolerability and safety. Therefore, ehondroitin sulfate is a drug with great development potential.
