摘  要:数字预失真作为最有效的射频功率放大器线性化技术之一,被广泛用于无线通信基站系统中。Optichron公司的OP4400数字预失真器在改善射频功放非线性方面的效果良好,并且支持多种调制方式,为高效率高线性功放提供了解决方案。介绍了OP4400的系统框架及工作原理,并提供了实际应用中相关的软硬件设计。实测结果表明,OP4400对消效果明显,性能稳定,具有很好的应用价值。Digital pre-distortion technology is one of the most effective approaches among all RF power amplifier linearization techniques, which is widely used in wireless base station. Optichron's OP4400 provides a single-chip solution for high efficiency and linearity of" power amplifiers. It provides the capability to improve the nonlinear characteristics of the power amplifier and supports multiple modulations. The OP4400's structure and working principle have been introduced, and the details of design for hardware and software are also described in this paper. The experimental results show that the OP4400 improves the performance of PA obviously and works stably. It has good application value.
