摘  要:用循环伏安法研究了聚组氨酸修饰玻碳电极的制备及其对对苯二酚(HQ)的电催化作用。讨论了支持底液、pH、扫速等对对苯二酚测定的影响,优化了实验条件。实验表明,在最优条件下,对苯二酚在修饰电极上的峰电流与其浓度在1.0×10^-5-2.3×10^-4mol/L内呈良好的线性关系,最低检测限为7.2×10^-7 mol/L。此方法可应用于实际样品的测定。The preparation of glass carbon electrode modified by poly (histidine) and its electrocatalysis on hydroquinone were studied via cyclic vohammetry. The influences of the support base solution,pH value,scanning speed on the determination of hydroquinone were discussed. The optimized ex- perimental conditions was obtained. The results showed that hydroquinone exhibited good current responses with the linear ranging from 1.0 × 10 ^-5 to 2. 3 ×10 ^-4 mol/L and the detection limits was 7.2 × 10^-7 mol/L. The method has been ap- plied to determine the actual samples.
