摘　　要：以三乙醇胺与氯化亚砜为原料,在氯仿溶液中,经氯代反应,得三(2-氯乙基)胺盐酸盐。然后与六次甲基四胺经Delépine反应,得标题化合物,总收率79.2%。本方法所需原料廉价、后处理简单、对设备要求不高,适合工业化生产。Tris （2-ehloroethyl） amine hydrochloride was prepared by chlorinated reaction of triethanolamine with thionyl-chloride in chloroform. Subsequently, tris （ 2-chloroethyl ） amine hydrochloride reaction with methenamine through Del6pine reaction to obtain tris （2-aminoethyl） amine hydrochloride with overall product yield up to 79.2%. This method has many advantages such as cheap raw materials, easy isolation or purification, lower equipment requirements and suitable for industrial production.
