摘　　要：研究了标题化合物的合成新方法。以2-氯乙基膦酸二酰氯为原料,与环氧乙烷反应制备得到产物,其气相纯度>98%,收率>98%。利用1HNMR、13CNMR、31PNMR和HRMS表征确定产物结构,并探讨了反应原料配比、溶剂等对反应的影响,所合成的产物可在分析测试方法开发中直接作为标样使用。A novel synthesis method of Bis （ 2-chloroethyl ） 2-chloroethylphosphonate was explored using （2-chloroethyl） phosphonic dichloride and ethylene oxide as the starting mate- rials. The yield reached to more than 98% with purity of 98% determined by GC. The structure was confirmed by ^1HNMR, 13CNMR,31PNMR and HRMS. The effects of materials ratio and solvent on the purity and yield of the product were investigated. The product can be used as the standard sample directly.
