摘  要:采用化学扩链的方法,将环氧类扩链剂与尼龙(PA)6通过双螺杆挤出机进行熔融反应,制备高黏度PA6,并对扩链后的PA6特性黏度、力学性能和流变行为进行了研究。结果表明,扩链剂的加入提高了PA6的特性黏度、力学性能和平衡扭矩,同时降低了熔体流动速率(MFR)。但扩链剂用量存在一个最佳值,当扩链剂质量分数为0.9%时,扩链后的PA6特性黏度、缺口冲击强度、拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、弯曲强度、弯曲弹性模量和平衡扭矩均达到最大,相对于纯PA6分别提高了86.25%,30.59%,21.44%,275%,19.08%,15%和132%,而MFR最低,较纯PA6降低了73.33%。Nylon 6 was melted by blending with the epoxy chain extender in a twin-screw extruder, for the purpose of preparing the high viscosity nylon 6 with the method of chemical chain extending. The intrinsic viscosity, mechanical properties and rheological behaviors of the nylon 6 after chain extending were characterized. Studies show that with the adding of the chain extender, the intrinsic viscosity, mechanical properties and balance torque of the nylon 6 after chain extending all increase, meanwhile, the melt flow rate (MFR) decreases. But the chain extender has a optimal content, when the mass fraction of the chain extender reaches 0.9%, the intrinsic viscosity, notched impact strength, tensile strength, elongation at break, bending strength, flexural modulus and balance torque of the nylon 6 after chain extending all reach maximum value and increases by 86.25%, 30.59%, 21.44%,275%, 19%, 15% and 132% respectively comparing with original nylon 6, but MFR reaches minimum and decreases by 73.33% comparing with original nylon 6.
