我院3200张中药处方分析

摘　　要：目的：通过对我院2013第四季度中药处方情况进行分析，了解我院中药处方和中药临床使用中存在的问题，并指导中药房工作，为中医临床用药提供参考。方法：随机抽取我院2013年第四季度中药处方3200张（含门诊和住院中药处方），采用列表分析的方法，找出处方用药的规律及存在的问题。结果：我院中药处方在重复用药、临床诊断、处方脚注、用药剂量、配伍禁忌、给药途径和单张处方药数等方面存在一些问题。结论：要重视和加强对中药处方的管理，切实指导临床医师对中药的使用，以确保临床用药安全、有效。Objective ：through the fourth quarter of 2013prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine were on my analysis, understanding in the use of traditional Chinese medicine pre- scription in our hospital and Chinese medicineclinical problem, pharmacy and guidance, to provide reference for clinical medication of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods ： randomly selected from our hospital in 2013 fourth quarter of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine 3200 （ including outpatient and of traditional Chinese Medicine）, by using the meth- od of list analysis, find out the prescription rules and problems. Resafts ：the traditional Chinese medicinepreseription in repeat medication, clinical diagnosis,prescription footnoting, dosage, con- traindications, route of administration and single prescription number has some problems. Conclusion ： we should attach importance to and strengthen the management of prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine, to guide clinicians use of Chinese medicine, to ensure the clinical medication safety, effective.
