留置双J管的常见并发症

摘　　要：双J管是一种有侧孔的内支架引流管，形似猪尾，又称双猪尾管。将其放置在输尿管可以自身进行固定，不易脱出或上下移动。因此在肾、输尿管手术中被广泛的应用。放置双J管后一方面可以充分引流尿液，促进尿路上皮组织的修复，防止术后输尿管管腔粘连、狭窄。另一方面，有利于取石术后残石的排出，防止尿路堵塞，利于肾功能的修复。对于某些特殊病例，还可起到支撑扩张、修复损伤等作用。但是留置双J管也会引起一些并发症，此文综述双J管在泌尿外科中常见的并发症。Double J tube is a kind of side holes with stent drainage tube,shaped like a pig tail,also cal ed double pigtail tube.Place it in the ureter can be fixed,its not easy emer-gence or move up and down.So in the kidney,ureter were widely used in the operation.Placement of double J tube after adequate drainage of urine,onthe one hand,can promote the repair of urinary epithelial tissue,prevent the postoperative ureteral lumen adhesion and stenosis.On the other hand,is beneficial to take stone of postoperative residual stone eduction,prevent urinary blockage,conducive to restoration of kidney function.For some special cases,but also support expansion,repair the damage.But can also cause some complications indwel ing double J tube, this article summarized complications of double J tube in urology in common.
